With that in mind, I have compiled a list of 15 travel trailers that will hopefully suit every budget and meet the requirements that most RVers would be looking for.

The Apex Nano is another great smaller size travel trailer from Coachmen RV. The trailer is very well appointed with excellent build quality for the price.
The trailer will sleep four, although the two bunks would only comfortably sleep the kids. Four adults would be a bit of a squeeze. The murphy style double bed folds up making space for a nice sized sofa. There is lots of well thought out storage and a decent sized refrigerator. Double countertop burners and a microwave provide the cooking facilities.
The Apex Nano comes with a power roof vent, 100 watt solar panel with control charger and outdoor kitchen as standard options.

Forest River – Flagstaff E-Pro E20BHS

Excellent design and usability – a great little trailer from manufacturer Forest River. Although coming in at just over twenty one feet in length the Flagstaff E Pro E20BHS is surprisingly roomy.
The major advantage of this trailer is the single slide out dinette which creates so much more space. The dinette also turns into another double bed so this trailer will sleep 6. The bunks are quite narrow but for the kids they will be just fine. There is a high performance refrigerator which comfortably keeps everything cold regardless of outside temperatures. The oven is also a good size, and the kitchen also has a microwave.
The outside storage cupboards are large and are a great design feature. Outside there is also a fourteen foot power awning and a 200w roof solar panel with an inverter.

Grand Design – Transcend Xplor 200MK

Coming in at one inch under twenty five feet is the new Transcend Xplor 200MK from Grand Design.
Build quality is very high as is the well thought out design. This trailer also benefits from a single slide out which creates a very usable living space. The double bed is a full size queen and the dinette area can also be converted to another double bed. The kitchen area has a triple burner with a large oven, a deep sink with extendable hose tap, microwave and good sized refrigerator. The bathroom is a nice feature in this trailer with a solid porcelain toilet bowl and a large shower area.
Outside there is a large storage cupboard, power awning and outside speakers. On the roof there is a 165w solar panel.

Forest River – Cherokee Grey Wolf Limited 19SM

Another high quality trailer from Forest River, the Cherokee Grey Wolf 19SM has a great living space with ample seating and enough room to sleep up to 8!
The rear slide out with the queen sized bed adds a huge extra sleeping space to an already large inside layout. The four seat dinette converts to another double bed, and at the front is yet another queen size double with a bunk above it. The kitchen has a three burner cooker top with oven, large 12v refrigerator and a microwave.
The Grey Wolf Limited 19SM has lots of exterior storage as well as a good sized cargo rack. There is also a 15’ power awning, outside TV mount and outside speakers.

Coachmen – Freedom Express Ultra Lite 226RBS

The second featured trailer from Coachmen on this list, the Freedom Express Ultra Lite 226RBS is another single slide model to give the extra space.
It has a full size murphy queen bed which folds away to accommodate a two seater sofa. The dinette occupies the slide out and also folds down to create another double bed. The slide out creates a nice feeling of space for the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is also a very nice size. Next to the door for the bathroom is a media center with a good sized 12v TV.
Outside there is plenty of storage space in the front stow cupboards. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and 13’ power awning.

Jayco – Jay Flight SLX 184BS

The Jay Flight SLX 184BS is one of the smallest travel trailers under 25 feet on this list but amazingly can still sleep up to 6!
There is a standard queen size bed at the front. The single slide out provides the extra space for the dinette which converts to another double bed. There are a further two bunk beds, although narrow would be fine for the kids. There is a tub shower to the rear with a foot flush toilet. The kitchen is small but very functional with a good size refrigerator, microwave and two burner hob.
Outside there is a stow cupboard and a 10’ power awning. There is no solar panel as standard but the prep is there and is available as an option.

Lance – Lance 1995

The Lance 1995 is the big brother of the popular Lance 1685 and its big feature is a walkaround queen size bed.
This trailer also has a slide out dinette which will convert to another double bed. There is a TV on an extendable bracket and lots of storage space under the queen bed and under the dinette seats. There are plenty of extra stow cupboards at ceiling height and a good functional kitchen.
A nice touch as you get to the exterior is the sliding mesh screen for the front door. There is a power awning and lots of storage in the fully lit sliding tray forward compartment. The solar is optional on this trailer but you can add up to two 200w panels and in an inverter.

East to West – Alta 1600MRB

The Alta 1600 MRB may be under 23 feet long but the design is excellent and the queen size fold away murphy bed allows for a nice living space.
When the main bed is folded away the comfortable double sofa has ample storage underneath and lifting foot rests on both sides. The kitchen has a double burner stove top and a large sink with extendable faucet. The refrigerator is large with useful dual side handles. The bathroom is a good size and is separated from the living area by a sliding door. There is a surprising amount of storage space in here and a solid sliding door for the shower.
Outside there is a good size storage compartment and a power awning with led lighting. On most models of the Alta there is also a 100w solar package and controller.

Winnebago – Micro Minnie FLX 2108TB

Next up is the Micro Minnie FLX 2108TB. Winnebago has done an excellent job with the design on this great little trailer. Somehow they have made a travel trailer under 23 feet seem really spacious.
The slide out has the option for a sofa sleeper with table or a dinette bench seat set up that converts to a small double bed. There is a double bed at the front with plenty of storage underneath. The kitchen looks and feels high end with stainless steel appliances and extendable sink faucet. The bathroom is well laid out and the shower is a good size. A nice touch is the wireless cell phone charger.
Outside is the power awning with led lights. The power stabilising jacks are also standard as is the 200w solar panel with controller.

Dutchmen – Coleman Light LX 1705RB

Although one of the lower priced trailers on this list, the Coleman Lite LX 1705RB has some good features and is a great little trailer for the money.
One of the surprising things about this travel trailer is the size of the bathroom. It has a good size tub shower, toilet and sink without feeling cramped at all. They have also managed to get a linen closet and extra storage in there as well. There is a bench seat dinette with a large window which also converts to extra sleeping capacity. The kitchen is small but functional with a decent size refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove top. The double sofa folds down for the queen size murphy bed.
On the exterior there is a 13ft power awning and good storage compartment at the front.

Forest River – R Pod RP 192

The R Pod RP 192 is another short but surprisingly spacious travel trailer. The updated interior color scheme of grey, white and oak gives this trailer a sharp modern look.
The murphy queen size bed is a quick one hand operation, and there is plenty of storage under the two seat sofa when the bed is folded away. The kitchen is well equipped with a convection microwave, stainless sink with high rise spring faucet. The fridge is also a good size. The dinette is a nice size for two and will convert to another single bed. The trailer has a good size bathroom with lots of storage and definitely looks the part in the new color scheme.
Outside there is a large storage compartment, exterior speakers and a power awning. Also available as an option is a 200w solar panel package with inverter.

The Sonic 170VBH has gone for a slightly different layout from the norm and opted for a double bunk set up at the rear, giving this travel trailer a sleeping capacity of six!
The front of the trailer houses the queen size bed which folds up to make way for the two seat leather sofa, under which you’ll find a large storage area. The kitchen is on the small side but you still get a two burner stove top and convection microwave.The fridge is also a good size. Because there is no dinette there is a removable table for the two seat sofa. The bathroom has everything you need with lots of storage and a medicine cabinet.
On the outside you’ll find a great little outdoor kitchen with a small drinks refrigerator and burner/griddle. There is also a power awning with lights, large front storage compartment and outdoor speakers.

Highland Ridge – Range Lite Air 17BH

The Range Lite Air 17BH is the smallest travel trailer on this list but still packs in lots of features for its size.
At the front is a standard double bed with storage cupboards above and a large storage space underneath. The bench dinette has a large window and will also convert to another bed. The best thing about the kitchen is the amount of storage space you have. The cupboards and drawers are large. There is a small sink, a two burner stove top and a good size refrigerator. The bathroom is well designed and feels larger than it is. There are two bunks at the back, both with windows. There is also another large storage area underneath the bottom bunk.
Moving to the exterior you’ll find a large pass through storage compartment at the front. There is an electric awning with led lights and a small exterior griddle. A cool feature is a rear door which accesses the bunk area to the rear of the trailer. The bottom bunk folds up and becomes a storage compartment suitable for bikes.

Airstream Globetrotter 23 FB

There couldn’t be a list of the best travel trailers under 25 feet without an Airstream in the mix. The Globetrotter 23FB from legendary manufacturer Airstream, is as you would imagine, superb.
Inside, the first thing you will notice is the styling. Loosely based on a 1950’s aircraft cabin, there are beautifully curved piston operated overhead compartments. There is a stylish contoured dinette which will convert to another sleeping area. The kitchen is fitted with all stainless fixtures and fittings and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is very roomy and well fitted, The shower has lots of headroom even for taller people. At the front you’ll find the twin bed set up rather than a double. This configuration really does give the appearance of more space. The use of every square inch of space inside the Globetrotter is amazing. Wherever you look the designers have managed to squeeze another cupboard in somewhere.
Outside there are the iconic awnings over the front and back windows as well as the large power awning and light bar. There are three storage lockers and a reversing camera as standard. A nice touch is the storage compartment in the rear bumper.
