Travel trailers with twin beds are a popular floorplan option in small to mid size trailers. A great choice to add space and more usable layout.

Winnebago – Micro Minnie 2108TB
Length: 22’ 5”

The Winnebago Micro Minnie comes with a number of floorplans, the 2108TB is the twin bed option.
Although short in length, the 2108TB makes up for it with a bench dinette slide out which gives the trailer so much more space.
The dinette area can be converted to another sleeping area, which you could squeeze two youngsters on or a single adult. There is also a good size storage area under each bench seat.
The kitchen is well thought out and the build quality of the cabinets is excellent. There is a large stainless steel refrigerator, full size sink and convection microwave.
The bathroom in the 2108TB is an outstanding feature of the trailer with a large full size shower and skylight above for extra headroom. The bathroom also has a very large storage area / hanging space for clothes etc.
The twin bed set up will convert to a king size bed if required and the sleeping area has storage space all the way around the top.
Outside you will find an electric front jack and left and right power stabilizers. There is a 15’ power awning with led lights, exterior speakers and an outside shower. Up front there is a large pass through storage compartment with access to the interior under the twin beds. The 2108TB comes with solar as standard.

Gulfstream – Envision 21TBD

A similar size to the Winnebago 2108TB, the Envision 21TBD from Gulfstream follows the same floor plan.
The 21TBD has a slide out dinette which creates the extra living space. Underneath the dinette bench seats you’ll find a nice amount of storage space. The dinette area will also convert into a (small) double bed.
The kitchen has a large full size stainless sink with an extendable faucet. There isn’t much counter space to speak of but you do get a three burner stove top and proper oven. Above the stove top burners you will also find a microwave.
In the main sleeping area the twin bed set up will give you the option to use the insert and convert the twin to a king size bed. If you’re using the twin bed set up there is access to an AC outlet and a couple of usb ports.
Going through the door to the rear of the trailer is the fabulous sizable bathroom. The shower is full size, the sink has storage below and there is also a medicine cabinet. There is lots of storage in here with plenty of hanging space in the big storage cupboards.
Moving on to the exterior, at the front of the trailer is a very large pass-through storage compartment, and mounted on the back for easy access is the spare wheel. On the side next to your water inlet and outlet points is a handy spray station (great for dogs). There is an electric awning with lights and also exterior speakers.

Forest River – Rockwood Geo Pro 15TB

The Geo Pro 15TB from Forest River is proving to be a very popular model due to the fact it only weighs 2700 lbs. Great for vehicle owners who can only tow 4000 lbs or less.
Although only 16 feet long the Geo Pro 15TB really makes use of the limited interior space.
The sleeping area is a bench dinette which will convert to either a twin bed or a king bed set up. There are storage cupboards above and three good size windows for light and through ventilation.
In the kitchen area you’ll find a 3 burner stove top and a convection microwave. The fridge is a good size and although storage space is limited the designers have made excellent use of every available space.
There is a large ventilation fan in the living area as well as a 24″ TV. The standard 13.5000 btu AC unit which will easily keep a small camper cold on those hot days.
The bathroom is a wet bath set up with the toilet and shower in the same cubicle. It works well and there is also a small amount of shelf / storage space.
Outside, the 15TB features a storage compartment at the back also accessible from the rear side quarter. Stored inside this compartment is a gas griddle which attaches to the side of the trailer via a support rail.
There is a power front jack, but the stabilizers are manual.
The awning is electric and there is also a single exterior speaker.
The Geo Pro 15TB may be small but is a great twin bed camper.

Venture RV – Sonic SN210 VTB

The Sonic SN210 VTB is a twin bed offering from Venture RV. The trailer features a seamless one piece fiberglass roof system. A feature designed to prevent any kind of exterior moisture penetration.
Access is to the rear of the trailer using the solid fold up steps.
As you enter the trailer you will see the door to the bathroom which features a circular slide shower door which maximizes the space. The designers have created lots of counter top space around the sink with a medicine cabinet and extra storage space. The bathroom also has a solid porcelain toilet.
The kitchen has a large stainless sink with a foldable metal insert that creates more counter top space when not using the sink. There is a 3 burner stove top and dedicated oven. There’s also a built-in microwave and lots of cupboard storage space.
The Sonic SN210 VTB features a single slide out for the bench dinette which will also convert to a double bed. There’s a cool, easily accessible storage area under the window bench, ideal for small pets or more storage.
The main sleeping area has the option for twin beds or a king size bed with plenty of storage space underneath. A TV on an extendable mount is viewable from either the sleeping area or the dinette.
On the outside of the trailer there’s a pass through storage compartment with a handy motion sensor internal light. There is an electric jack with a hook up light at the front. The stabilizing jacks are manual but are cleverly positioned diagonally to maximize stability. There’s an electric awning with an automatic rain dump and marine grade exterior speakers.There is also a cable / satellite hook up point and a dog tie up (which I’m pretty sure would double as a bottle opener).
Overall a great twin bed design from Venture RV.

Winnebago Minnie – 2327 TB

The Minnie 2327 TB from Winnebago is a contemporary twin bed trailer loaded with cool features.
In the slide out you can choose from a number of configuration options. The options are: 2 seat theater seating, a sofa with sofa table or a u shaped dinette. The most popular is the sofa with a sofa table. The reason for this is many people prefer to eat outside and like comfortable seating when inside the trailer. Also integrated into the slide out is the refrigerator and a small pantry.
The kitchen has a large stainless sink, 3 burner stove top and a convection microwave. The splashback is a nice feature, matching the countertop.
At the rear of the trailer is the bathroom which has an opening window. (A rare thing in an RV bathroom). There’s a large shower with sliding door, a stainless sink and a solid porcelain toilet.
The sleeping area has the twin bed set up with option for converting into a king size bed if required.
You’ll also find a media unit in the trailer with a large TV and bluetooth sound system.
There are only pocket doors throughout the 2327 TB which is an excellent design idea.
Looking at the outside of the trailer there are excellent quality slam hatch doors on the pass through storage at the front and a lower front jack. In addition, there are 4 stabilizing jacks which are also electric.
On the roof there is a 190 watt solar panel which comes as standard, there’s a connection for a portable panel as well.
You’ll find a spray port as well as the hot and cold outside shower, and a standard electric awning with led lights.

Gulf Stream – Vintage Cruiser 19TWD

The Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser is 1950’s cool combined with all the latest tech.
As the name implies, inside the Vintage Cruiser you are greeted with super cool 50’s styling. The color choices are crimson and cream, teal and cream and knotty pine and crimson, all classic 50’s colors.
The dinette looks for all the world like a 50’s diner booth, with bright accent color stripes.
The kitchen has a good size stainless sink and extendable faucet. Next to the sink is a 3 burner stove top with an oven underneath, above that is the microwave. The refrigerator is large and the door will be the accent color of the color scheme you choose.
There is a shower with a sliding door and a door can be shut to give some privacy from the living area. The toilet and sink are separate with a large exhaust fan in the ceiling.
The sleeping area is a twin bed set up with the option to turn it into a king size bed with the insert. Above the beds and on each side are hanging cupboards and lots of storage space.
The 50’s styling outside is unmistakable. The modern one piece seamless roof makes sure there won’t be any water leaks.
There is pass through storage at the front with an interior light and slam hatch doors.
The front jack is electric with a built in light and there is a solar panel connector for a portable solar set up.
The awning is electric with led lights and there is also a spray port and exterior speakers.
The Vintage Cruiser is a stylish 50’s travel trailer with twin beds and all of todays latest tech.

Airstream – Flying Cloud 27FB Twin

The Airsteam Flying Cloud has everything you would expect from an Airstream travel trailer. The FB is Airstreams’ most popular trailer with 14 floor plans to choose from. The twin bed being a popular option.
Inside the 27FB you’ll find the bench dinette which will convert to a double bed sleeping area, with plenty of storage above.
The kitchen has recently been re-designed, and instead of an oven under the 3 burner stove top you will now find a convection microwave. This design now frees up more storage in the pull out pantry where the microwave used to be. In the kitchen there is also a nice large stainless sink, a large fridge and lots of storage with soft close cupboard doors.
The restroom and seated shower are opposite each other in the trailer, and there is a curtain at both ends of the bathroom area to create some privacy.
A nice feature that you will also find in the center of the trailer is the very large double wardrobe.
The twin bed option in the 27FB creates a lot more space than the other floorplans, visually creating floor space from one end of the trailer to the other. With the twin bed option you will also get a good size closet on each side of the sleeping area.
On the outside, the iconic looks of the Airstream are coupled with the highest tech equipment.
Each of the 4 wheels has independent shock absorber suspension for a safe, and super smooth ride.
If the full size side awning and window awnings are extended, Airstream claims a 5 degree difference in temperature inside the trailer.
There are three sizable storage compartments and an outside shower.
Airstream design and build quality are legendary.
The company was founded in 1931 and 75% of all Airstream builds are still on the road!
If you’re comfortable with the hefty price tag, you won’t go far wrong with the 27FB twin bed travel trailer.

Forest River – Rockwood Mini Lite 2204S

The Rockwood Mini Lite is a modern twin bed travel trailer with a couple of options for the slide out.
One of the options for the slide out is a traditional bench dinette which will convert to a double sleeping area. The other option is the hugely popular sofa / theater seats. The theater seats are recliners with a center console, and a sofa table is provided as well.
The designers know how precious kitchen countertop space is and have created an angled section to provide more. The kitchen also has a 3 burner stove top and a convection microwave. Above the sink is the T.V (opposite the theater seats) and there is also a good size refrigerator.
The corner bathroom isn’t huge, but is designed well. There is a decent sized shower, a porcelain toilet and plenty of storage space.
The twin bed set up in the Mini Lite, as with all twin bed set ups, creates a lot more floor space. You also have the option of converting the twin into a king bed with the provided inserts. A nice touch in the bedroom is the magnetic pull down shade which instead of just hanging, pulls the shade in tight to the window.
Outside the camper there are 3 storage compartments at the front, a pass through on both sides a one tall compartment.
The main front jack is electric but the stabilizing jacks are manual.
There is a rear ladder to the roof where you will find the standard issue 200 watt solar panel.
There is also a hot and cold shower station, power awning with led lights and a pair of exterior speakers.
A gas griddle is provided which can be attached to a rail on the side of the trailer.

Oliver Travel Trailers – Legacy Elite II

Super sleek and modern design, with build quality that rivals Airstream, the Legacy Elite ll is an amazing twin bed travel trailer.
The Legacy Elite ll has a one piece fiberglass construction inside and out with insulation between inner and outer shells. This makes the inside of the trailer feel really solid.
On your right as you come through the door is a large closet suitable for hanging clothes and storing shoes.
The kitchen features a 2 burner stove top, sink and good size fridge. There is also an option for a convection microwave or extra storage space.
Opposite the kitchen is a mini dinette suitable for two people which also converts to a single bed.
The bathroom is a wet bath set up with a shower, sink and an option for a composting toilet.
There are storage cabinets all the way round the roof space of the trailer and each window has day and night slide shades.
The twin bed is the most popular option for the sleeping area, but you can have a five seat dinette which converts to a king size bed.
The outside of the trailer is super aerodynamic with a shaped propane cover and solid fiberglass wheel cover.
There is a power awning that retracts when the wind sensor detects too much wind and a hot and cold outside shower.
A cool feature is the waist high pull out battery slide, allowing easy access to the twin lithium batteries.
Everything about the Legacy Elite ll is of the highest quality. The resale value is very high, rarely dropping below 95% of the original purchase price.
High build quality comes with a high price, but a definite rival to Airstream.

KZ RV – Escape E201 TB

The Escape E201 TB from KZ RV has recently had some re-design features and the twin bed option now creates even more space inside this single slide out trailer.
KZ RV have upgraded the kitchen in the E201 TB and there is now a deep circular stainless sink and quite a bit more storage. There are four pull out drawers, a couple of under counter cupboards and a very large pantry. There is a two burner stove top and above that a convection microwave. The large Furrion refrigerator is located at the rear of the trailer next to the bathroom.
The corner bathroom is big for the size of the trailer and has a good size corner shower, foot flush toilet and a sink with a medicine cabinet.
The slide out features the bench dinette which can be converted into another bed, not really an adult double, but ideal for young kids.
The main sleeping area is the twin bed set up with a nice size night table between the beds. There is a fair bit of storage space under the beds and lots of light provided by the huge front window.
The outside of the trailer has pass through storage at the front, a 14’ power awning with lights and two exterior speakers. The entry steps are solid and the spare wheel is mounted on the back for easy access.
The Escape E201 TB is a sleek, modern look twin bed travel trailer with acres of storage space and some great design features.
